Mrs. Alicia Smith

Greetings to Everyone,

Hello Rainbow Rockets! My name is Alicia Smith, and I am your school counselor. This is my 6th year at Rainbow Elementary School and I love being a part of the RES team! My role as a school counselor has been rewarding, and I look forward to working with the faculty, staff, students, and parents.

Your school counselor is committed to providing support services for all students to enhance their academic, social/emotional, and college and career growth. The Rainbow School Counseling program aims to ensure all students develop the knowledge, attitudes, and skills that will lead to behaviors that support academic achievement and social-emotional well-being. Rainbow's Counseling Program will provide various services for students, parents, and families throughout the school year to support that growth. These services include:
  • Community Referrals and Resources
  • Conflict Mediation
  • Consultation
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Positive Behavior Support
