My name is Tessa Adkins, and I am a first grade teacher at Rainbow Elementary School. My teaching journey began in 2020 when my senior year abruptly ended due to the Covid pandemic, and I took over as my little brother's first grade teacher at home. From there, I attended and graduated from the University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2024 with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education. I am passionate about making learning fun and engaging for all learners!

I currently live in Madison and will be marrying my high school sweetheart this October. When I am not at school, I enjoy painting, traveling, and spending time with my dachshund, Lando.
