New Hire Paperwork
All new hires will be emailed the ‘New Hire Packet’ once they are Board approved, typically the day after the Board meeting. To access all new hire paperwork, you will be required to login to our RECORDS system. The link will be in the email and is listed below.

Experience Verification Forms
Please provide the appropriate form below to your previous employer. Ask them to complete the form and return it to the Personnel Department. If we advance you on your salary scale, you will receive an email with the personnel action.

You may have recently received a welcome email regarding ALSDE Professional Learning that came from the following email address (noreply@truenorthlogic.com).
This was a legitimate ALSDE communication intended to invite you join the new PowerSchool Professional Learning portal. This portal is replacing Chalkable PD for all Alabama educators.
