Hello! My name is Sydney Glasgow, and I am a 7th grade science teacher. I am from Decatur, AL and a graduate of the University of Alabama. While at Alabama, I earned a bachelor's in Secondary Science Education with a focus in biology. While attending college, I played clarinet in the Million Dollar Band. Roll Tide!  

 

Students can always expect to be active and hands-on in my classroom. It is my goal to not only teach students about science, but to also teach them to understand why I love science so much!

 

When not at school, I love to spend time with my dog, Apollo. We spend as much time as we can outside. Students will also learn quickly that I LOVE anything space-related. During the summers you can find me at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center working with the education team.
