Please complete form to send a transcript.  If you have specific questions, please email Mrs. Phillips at abphillips@madisoncity.k12.al.us.  Transcripts are usually sent within 24-48 hours from BJHS.  Please allow at least 10 business days for colleges to process the transcript to students account.
