BUS & PARKING INFORMATION

  • BUS TRANSPORTATION:

    All of our Madison City Schools buses have GPS tracking devices. You are able to track your child's bus in the mornings and afternoons using the Parent Portal Lite App. Please review our information letter regarding directions for downloading the app (the District Registration Code for step 7 is 09509508), and then find your child's bus number using our  2025-2026 JCHS Bus Information. If you're still uncertain about which bus to ride, please call transportation at 256-774-4613.

     

    PARKING PASSES:

    2025/2026 JCHS Student Parking Pass Information

    All students who plan to park on campus at any time during the 2025–2026 school year must purchase a parking pass. 

    Parking Pass Fees

    • $45 – Auditorium Lot or Gym Lot

    • $55 – Access to both lots

    Important Guidelines

    • All student drivers must have a valid parking pass—even if driving only part of the day or later in the school year.

    • Parking passes are available for purchase through the end of the school year.

    • If a student begins driving in May, the full parking pass fee still applies.

    • Students may park only in the Auditorium or Gym lots.

    Do NOT park in front lots under any circumstances.

    Parking Enforcement

    • Students without a parking pass are subject to tickets.

    • After 3 tickets, a boot will be placed on the car. A $5.00 removal fee must be paid in the Bookkeeping Offices.

    • After a 4th ticket, the vehicle may be towed at the student’s expense.

    Please ensure all steps are completed before driving to campus. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and organized parking process!

    Steps to Obtain a Parking Pass:

    1. Complete the Parking Pass Google Form
       Submit the required documents and information as prompted in the form.

    1. Pay the Parking Pass Fee

      • Online with a credit card (see payment instructions below), or

      • In person with check or cash in the Bookkeeping Offices.

    2. Pay All Course Fees
       Course fees must be paid in full (online or in person) before a parking pass will be issued.

    Online Credit Card Payment Instructions

    1. Log into the My School Bucks website or use the app, My School Bucks

    2. Navigate to Store

    3. Navigate to the James Clemens High School Store

    4. Parking Pass is listed in the Featured Items at the top of the store

    5. Select student

    6. Choose lot option from list

    7. Complete the Parking Pass Application listed in the Attachments
      (If the application has already been submit, do not submit again)

    8. Add to cart and check out
