Collectible: Collectible Card Games | Family | BoardGameGeek       Looking to Get Into Dungeons and Dragons? Here's Where to Start!  Best board games to play in quarantine, according to experts

The James Clemens Game Club meets each Thursday during Refuel in room A 219.

All board and card games are welcome, except standard 4-suit card decks (Poker, Blackjack, etc.) and video games (no consoles, handheld, cell phone games).

The purpose of Game Club is to bring together students who share a common interest in gaming, an experience involving collaboration, competition, and creative problem-solving around a tactile activity of enjoyment and fellowship.  This is not a club for video games or hanging out/talking about games.

Students can come by and visit Game Club and on the second visit, they will need to pay $5 dues and officially join (if they want to continue coming).  Game Club will have two co-captains who will take suggestions for how the dues should be spent (tournament prizes, end of the year party, etc.)

Examples of games students currently play in Game Club include Settlers of Catan, Dungeons & Dragons, Magic, Pokemon, Yu Gi Oh, Monopoly, Ticket to Ride, Pandemic, and Scrabble.

We'll announce the meeting day on the TV screens.  Come by A219 and check it out!  Email me with any questions:  lbpowell@madisoncity.k12.al.us
