Mrs. Jenny Davis
Hello, my name is Jenny Davis, and my family and I moved to Madison three years ago. We chose this wonderful area so our daughter could attend James Clemens, and I’m eager to continue my journey as a collaborative teacher there. This marks my third year at James Clemens High School.
Originally, I hail from Augusta, Georgia, where I completed my undergraduate degree in Interrelated Special Education at Augusta State University. I kicked off my teaching career in 2005 at Evan High School in Georgia, and my path has taken me on an incredible adventure. Thanks to my husband’s commission in the U.S. Army, we have had the opportunity to live in various places, including Ft. Campbell, KY; Davenport, IA; Daegu, South Korea; and Bettendorf, IA. Three years ago, we decided to plant our roots here in Madison for good! We’re excited to become more involved in this vibrant community.
Throughout my teaching career, I’ve been fortunate to work in diverse schools and teach a wide array of subjects as a special education teacher, including Algebra, Economics, Physics, Civics, US History, World Studies, Academic Development Lab, Biology, Chemistry, Earth and Space Science, Speech, Contemporary Literature, 10th-grade literature, Applied Problem-Solving, Resource, Consumer Math, and Transitions. Each subject holds a special place in my heart, and I can’t wait to keep nurturing the minds of my students at James Clemens.
Education is my passion, and I genuinely love helping each student find their unique path to success. It’s even more special now that my daughter is a senior at James Clemens.
