When does TSA meet?
Meetings for each school year begin in late August/early September and run through April for state competitions and May for those competing in national competitions.
For 2025-26, the most active TSA members chose for us to meet on Friday afternoons starting in September 2025. SEE BELOW FOR EXACT DATES.
Keep checking back BELOW for Updates!
When and Where? Purple Pod, 112, with Mr. D. Brown and Ms. Peterson. Fridays from 3:30-4:15pm (TSA Officers will stay after on 1st Fridays from 4:15pm to 5pm for planning meetings.)
To join, just come to a meeting.TSA (all events except robotics), Fridays. (Depending on the event, not attending every meeting may suffice for preparation for your project/event if you are working on your event at home as well. Just make sure to check in on club days or via email with the Liberty TSA Sponsor about your progress.)
TSA VEX Robotics will meet as part of the Robotics Club and once the robotics team is formed, they will coordinate meetings together to practice. See the Robotics Advisor for details. TSA restructured its robotics program and will have a TSA branded event to compete in starting Fall 2025.
TSA Leadership Team (Officers): If you want to be a part of the decision makers of the club, let the Liberty TSA Advisor know asap. Officers will be campaigning and chosen in early September.

Want to go to TSA Nationals in Washington, D.C. in the 250th Birthday Year of the United States of America?
June 22 - June 26, 2026 at the Gaylord National
National Attendees will need to meet May 1 after the end-of-the-year party with a parent to complete registration paperwork and pay National Conference registration only. Room 112, Purple Pod at 4:15pm. National attendees will stay after the party to discuss preparations/plans for the national conference. Parent/families will need to book hotel, plan and pay for travel for themselves. The TSA Advisor will register student and be a liaison at the national conference between the student and National TSA/judges but the parent/guardian will be that student's chaperone for the entire trip. Costs range anywhere from $2500 to $3500 depending on how many family members attend with the student and if they are staying with family/friends or at the conference hotel. There is a National TSA charge of $200 per registered person for those not staying in a conference hotel so remember to factor that into cost planning/budgeting.
Students MUST attend with a parent/adult guardian if attending Nationals.
NOTE: Students may compete at Nationals regardless of placement at State IF it is NOT a state advisor-approved event. If it IS a state advisor-approved event (like Children's Stories) then the student must place in the top three places at state to compete in THAT event for the TSA National Conference. They can still go and compete in a DIFFERENT event if they did not place in their original event and they want to do a NON-state advisor-approved event. It is recommended that you compete in at least two but no more than three/four events in your first year.
