Some Advanced Electives require an audition or interview.  Please see the requirements below, as each class has specific dates & requirements.

LMS 25-26 Advanced Art

• Upload three (3) pictures of three (3) original artworks.
• Find the application here.
• The deadline to submit an Art Portfolio Form is February 20.
• This is open to rising 7th and 8th grade students only.

LMS 25-26 Advanced Theatre 

• Semester long elective. Fall play and spring musical. Theatre experience preferred. Open to rising 6th-8th graders. Find all information here.

• Requires a completed GOOGLE FORM that includes the following:

               1. Recorded, memorized 1 min monologue

               2. Recorded, memorized 90 second song from a musical

               3. Application

• Deadline to submit is Thursday, February 20th.

LMS 25-26 Beginning Band

LMS 25-26 Beginning Chorus 

• Interested in Choir? Any student can request choir for next year!

LMS 25-26 Digital Communications Team

• Year-long elective that is open to rising 6th - 8th students.

• Read over the Digital Communications Audition Information page thoroughly.
• Each applicant must submit an application, a virtual audition (submitted through the application), and TWO teacher recommendations.
• The deadline to submit an application is February 24th. All components must be successfully completed by the deadline to be considered.

LMS 25-26 Yearbook Staff

• Students must complete this application form and have two teachers complete recommendation forms (found in application).
•  Upon Mrs. House receiving a completed application, students must attend an in-person interview and complete a written skills assessment. Mrs. House will schedule interviews via email.
• Applications and teacher recommendations are due by February 24th. No late applications will be accepted.
